FRONTIER

Rules of FRONTIER

What is FRONTIER?

A global game of territory. Players launch meme tokens into territories around the world, compete for #1, govern what they hold, and share one National Treasury.

FRONTIER is a competitive game played on a map of the world, one territory at a time. Every token launched here belongs to a territory. Inside each territory, tokens compete on market cap. The token at the top holds the territory, and the wallet that launched it becomes its Governor.

Every token launched on FRONTIER sends its creator rewards to one shared fund, the National Treasury. Each day the Treasury pays part of what it earned to the Governors of every open territory, and a bonus to a President if one wallet holds a majority of the map.

The world opens in chapters. Chapter I is the United States: 50 states, 50 territories. The Western, frontier look of the map belongs to this first chapter. South Korea opens next, and more countries follow until the whole world is in play. Each chapter can bring its own map and style; the rules and the Treasury stay the same.

  • Pick a territory and run for Governor by launching a meme there.
  • Climb that territory’s leaderboard to #1.
  • Hold #1 to be sworn in as Governor and earn from the Treasury.
  • Hold a majority of all open territories to become President.

What is $FRONTIER?

The native token of FRONTIER, and a source of Treasury revenue in its own right.

$FRONTIER is the platform’s native token. Like every FRONTIER launch, its creator rewards flow into the National Treasury, so trading in $FRONTIER grows the same fund every Governor is paid from.

Part of every epoch’s revenue, the National Reserve (40%), stays in the Treasury. It funds $FRONTIER buybacks, operations and the opening of new frontiers.

The official $FRONTIER contract address is shown on the landing page and the Treasury page. Only trust that address.

How to run for Governor

You enter the race for a territory by launching a meme token there, on Pump.fun, paired with SOL, from your own wallet on Solana mainnet.

Pressing Run for Governor opens the launch terminal. FRONTIER’s server builds a real Pump.fun token-creation transaction with the official Pump.fun SDK (`create_v2`). You sign it with your own wallet on Solana mainnet. FRONTIER never holds your keys or your tokens.

  • Identity: name (2–32 characters), ticker (2–8 letters or digits), image (required, under 5 MB), description.
  • Links: website, X, Telegram. Discord and a banner image are shown on FRONTIER; Pump.fun’s own metadata has no field for them.
  • Territory: where your token competes. It can’t be changed later, and it must be in an open country.
  • Pair: SOL. Every FRONTIER token trades against SOL on Pump.fun’s curve.
  • Dev buy: optional, up to 25 SOL. It buys your first tokens in the launch transaction itself, so nobody can buy ahead of you.

Image and metadata are stored on IPFS. Once the transaction confirms, FRONTIER checks on-chain that it succeeded, that your wallet paid for it, and that its creator rewards go to the Treasury. Only then does the token join the race.

One ticker per territory. The same ticker can exist in two different territories.

Creator rewards go to the Treasury

Every FRONTIER token names the National Treasury as its Pump.fun creator.

Pump.fun pays a creator fee on every trade to the token’s creator address. On FRONTIER, that address is the National Treasury. It is written into the launch transaction by FRONTIER’s server, so it is fixed from the first trade.

As the launcher, you don’t receive a token’s creator fees directly. You earn through the game: hold your territory and you are paid as its Governor, from the fees of every territory.

Pump.fun can reassign a coin’s creator in a community takeover. If that ever happens to a FRONTIER token, its fees stop reaching the Treasury, and it can no longer govern.

Territories and rankings

Every open territory has one leaderboard, ranked by market cap. In Chapter I the territories are the 50 US states.

The world is organised as region → country → territory. In the United States, territories are states; in South Korea, provinces and metropolitan cities. Each territory has its own leaderboard of the tokens launched in it, ranked by market cap.

The map shows each leader’s ticker and colours its territory in the leader’s ink. The stronger the lead, the deeper the colour. Dominance is the leader’s share of the territory’s total market cap. A territory where the top two are close shows faint hatching: it is contested.

Market caps are read from each token’s Pump.fun bonding curve on-chain, and from its main trading pool once it graduates. They refresh every few minutes.

Tokens that are delisted, or whose creator is on the Wanted board, stay in the history but never rank.

Governors

The wallet behind a territory’s #1 token governs it. In Chapter I each state is 1% of each day’s revenue.

Every 15 minutes FRONTIER takes a snapshot of the map. In each open territory, the eligible token with the highest market cap leads, and the wallet that launched it is that territory’s leader.

  • Eligible: market cap of at least $25,000, not delisted, creator not on the Wanted board.
  • Sworn in: a leader becomes Governor after leading 2 snapshots in a row (30 minutes). A short pump doesn’t win a territory.
  • Several tokens from the same wallet in one territory still make one Governor.
  • One wallet can govern many territories, and earns from each one.
  • Every term is recorded: who governed, from when to when, and what the term earned.

Losing #1: payment stops at the next snapshot. The challenger has to be sworn in before they earn. The slices in between go to the territory’s bounty. Rewards a Governor already earned stay theirs.

The National Treasury and how it pays

Each day’s creator rewards are split between the territories, the President and the reserve. The Treasury only ever pays out fees it has already received.

The Treasury collects the creator rewards of every FRONTIER token, $FRONTIER included. Its balance is read from Solana: the Treasury wallet plus the unclaimed fees in its Pump.fun creator vaults. Nobody types a number in. The game runs in daily epochs that settle at 13:00 UTC. Each epoch pays out what the previous epoch earned, so the Treasury never spends its principal.

R = creator rewards received in the previous epoch (on-chain)
Territory Pool = 50% × R
Presidential Pool = 10% × R
National Reserve = 40% × R (stays in the Treasury)

Each territory = Territory Pool ÷ n (n = open territories worldwide)
Per snapshot = one territory’s share ÷ 96
States governed (Chapter I, n = 50)Share of the Territory Pool
12%
510%
1020%
2550%
2652% + the Presidency

When a new country opens, its territories join n and the same pool is shared by more Governors. When South Korea’s 17 territories open, each territory is 1/67 of the pool. The map grows, and so does the competition for it.

Because pay is per snapshot, ownership changes are exact: whoever governed a territory for six hours of an epoch earns six hours of its share.

Territory treasuries and bounties

Each territory tracks what it earned for the Treasury, and unclaimed land builds a bounty.

Pump.fun pays all of a creator’s fees into one vault, so the Treasury knows exactly how much arrives but not from which token. FRONTIER attributes each new batch of fees to tokens in proportion to their trading volume and their Pump.fun fee tier. The total is always exact; the split between territories is that attribution.

Each territory shows its Treasury Generated: the attributed creator rewards of every token launched in it. It is that territory’s contribution to the national fund.

When a territory has no sworn Governor, its share for that snapshot isn’t lost. It builds that territory’s bounty.

No Governor: bounty ← bounty + one snapshot share
Cap: 7 days of the territory’s share (overflow → National Reserve)
With Governor: each snapshot also pays out min(bounty, one snapshot share)

Taking an abandoned territory pays double until its bounty is drained. Empty land is worth claiming.

The President

Hold a majority of all open territories (26 of 50 in Chapter I) to become President and collect the Presidential Pool and its jackpot.

A wallet that governs a majority of every open territory in the same snapshot is President of FRONTIER. With only Chapter I open, that is 26 of 50. As new countries open, the majority grows with the map: 34 of 67 once South Korea opens.

President, per snapshot: Presidential Pool ÷ 96 + 2% of the Jackpot
No President: that slice rolls into the Presidential Jackpot
Jackpot cap: 30 days of the Presidential Pool (overflow → National Reserve)

Why this design: the President earns a bonus, not a takeover. It is 10% of revenue instead of half the Treasury, so the rest of the map always stays worth fighting for. The jackpot grows the longer nobody unites FRONTIER, and it pays out a little every snapshot, so a President has to hold the majority, not just reach it once. The moment they lose it, the jackpot starts refilling for the next contender.

Claiming rewards

Rewards pile up per snapshot. To claim them, post about FRONTIER on X, then sign with your wallet. The Treasury pays in SOL.

  • 1. Open Claim from your wallet menu. You’ll see what you’ve earned, by territory and role.
  • 2. Press Post on X. X opens with the post already written. It carries a one-time code, like FRONTIER-7K2QXM.
  • 3. Publish it from your X account. It must be public.
  • 4. Come back and paste the post’s link. FRONTIER reads the post from X and checks that the code and $FRONTIER are in it.
  • 5. Sign a message with your wallet to prove it’s yours. Your claim is recorded.

Each post can be used for one claim, and each code expires after 24 hours. Rewards are counted in US dollars and paid by the Treasury in SOL, at the SOL price at payout time. A claim shows as pending until the payout is sent, then as paid, with its Solana transaction.

How post verification works

FRONTIER reads your public post from X on its own server and checks it carries your claim code.

When you submit a post link, FRONTIER’s server fetches the post from X itself. Nothing your browser says about the post is trusted. The post must contain your claim code and mention $FRONTIER, and when X provides a timestamp, it must be newer than the claim.

Protected accounts can’t be read, so claim posts must be public. Deleting the post afterwards doesn’t undo a claim, but a post can only ever be used once. The code only unlocks a claim for the wallet that requested it, which still has to sign.

The Wanted board

Wallets tied to rug pulls, scams and similar abuse are posted, with the evidence.

The Wanted board lists wallets tied to clear abuse. Each poster states the charge in plain words, lists the wallet’s launches and what happened to them, and links the on-chain evidence.

  • Rug pull: liquidity or the dev’s supply dumped soon after launch.
  • Scam: a launch built to mislead buyers.
  • Serial abandonment: launching and dumping again and again.
  • Impersonation: copying another token’s name, image or links.
  • Wash trading: trading between linked wallets to fake volume or rank.

Being Wanted means: the wallet’s tokens stop ranking at the next snapshot, it can’t launch, govern or claim, and its unclaimed rewards are forfeited. They go back to the bounty of the territory they were earned in (presidential rewards go back to the Jackpot). Entries are added by the FRONTIER team with evidence. Appeals go to the team on X; a cleared wallet is marked as cleared, not erased.

New frontiers

FRONTIER grows country by country. The map shows what opens next, and when, to the minute.

The map is a living world. Countries beyond the open chapters appear on it as surveyed land, marked Coming soon. The Next frontier card counts down to the next opening, to the exact minute in that country’s own time zone.

Next: South Korea, on 30 September 2026 at 12:00 KST (UTC+9). When the countdown reaches zero, the country opens by itself. Its 17 provinces and metropolitan cities become territories with their own leaderboards and Governors, paid from the same National Treasury, and the Territory Pool is shared across every open territory.

The schedule of future frontiers lives in FRONTIER’s database, so new countries can be announced without changing the game itself. Each new chapter can bring its own look: the Western atlas belongs to Chapter I, America.

Fine print

The edge cases, all in one place.

  • Governor overtaken: paid up to the last snapshot they led. The challenger earns after being sworn in.
  • Token loses #1: same as above. The next eligible token’s creator becomes leader.
  • Several tokens, one wallet, one territory: one Governor, one share.
  • One wallet, many territories: one share per territory. A majority of all open territories makes a President.
  • Token delisted or wallet Wanted: out of the rankings at the next snapshot. Unclaimed rewards are forfeited to territory bounties.
  • Ownership changes mid-epoch: pay is per snapshot, so each Governor is paid for exactly the time they held the territory.
  • A new country opens: its territories join the next snapshot, and every territory’s share becomes 1/n of the Territory Pool.
  • Revenue is measured in USD when fees reach the Treasury. Payouts are sent in SOL.

Meme tokens are extremely risky and most go to zero. Nothing on FRONTIER is financial advice. Governor and President rewards depend on Treasury revenue, which can fall to nothing.
