The President

Hold a majority of all open territories (26 of 50 in Chapter I) to become President and collect the Presidential Pool and its jackpot.

A wallet that governs a majority of every open territory in the same snapshot is President of FRONTIER. With only Chapter I open, that is 26 of 50. As new countries open, the majority grows with the map: 34 of 67 once South Korea opens.

President, per snapshot:  Presidential Pool ÷ 96  +  2% of the Jackpot
No President:             that slice rolls into the Presidential Jackpot
Jackpot cap:              30 days of the Presidential Pool (overflow → National Reserve)

Why this design: the President earns a bonus, not a takeover. It is 10% of revenue instead of half the Treasury, so the rest of the map always stays worth fighting for. The jackpot grows the longer nobody unites FRONTIER, and it pays out a little every snapshot, so a President has to hold the majority, not just reach it once. The moment they lose it, the jackpot starts refilling for the next contender.
